Q4 Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

A1: We do provide same-day flower delivery, contingent upon flower availability. Please be aware that a delivery fee increase may occur during certain holidays.

For Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:00 am in the recipient’s time zone can typically be delivered the same day between Monday and Sunday after 4 pm.

Specific Delivery Times: While we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time, you may indicate your preferred time frame in the special note box during checkout. We'll make every effort to accommodate your request

Q5 Is it possible to add a customized message to my flower arrangement?

You can easily include a customized message with your order during checkout (under 'Order Notes'). Rest assured, we'll ensure it's included with the flowers upon delivery.

Q6 What is your refund or cancellation policy?

All purchases made at Lory Flowers Shop are considered final.

We offer a service that involves delivering perishable items, which are sensitive to factors such as temperature, moisture, and light. The only exception to this policy is in the case of receiving a defective product. Claims regarding defective products must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the flowers, along with a photo of the arrangement sent to lory.fdg@gmail.com.

Please be mindful that flowers are perishable and require proper care, as they have a limited lifespan. It is the recipient's responsibility to adhere to the care instructions provided by Lory Flowers Shop.

Q7 Is it possible to make a request for a particular flower that isn't currently listed on your website?
