All sales concluded at Lory Flowers Shop are considered final.
Defective Products
- We provide a service involving perishable items sensitive to temperature, moisture, and light. The only exception to our no-refund policy is for defective products.
- Claims regarding defective products must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. Please submit a photo of the arrangement to lory.fdg@gmail.com to initiate the refund process.
Product Substitution
- While we strive to use the exact flowers depicted on our website, please understand that flowers are perishable, and availability may vary. Therefore, we reserve the right to substitute flowers without sacrificing the appearance or value of the arrangement.
Recipient Responsibility
- Proper care is essential as flowers are perishable and have a limited lifespan. Recipients are responsible for following the care instructions provided by Lory Flowers Shop to maintain the quality of the arrangement.
