Same-Day Delivery: For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 11:00 am in the recipient's time zone. Deliveries are typically made the same day, Monday through Sunday, after 4:00 pm.
Specific Delivery Times: While we strive to accommodate specific delivery time requests, we cannot guarantee delivery at a precise time. You may note your preferred time frame in the special note box during ordering, and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Recipient Not Home: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone, unless you have provided special instructions on the order form. In such cases, we may leave the delivery in a secure location, such as a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or leave a message to arrange for future delivery.
Recipient Contact: We may need to contact the recipient to confirm someone will be available to accept delivery or to verify the address. If you prefer not to have the recipient contacted, please indicate so in the special instruction box during checkout.
Order Cancellation: Same-day orders are processed immediately and generally cannot be altered. Written cancellation requests must be submitted 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. Once items have been dispatched for delivery, orders cannot be changed or cancelled, and no refunds will be issued. Please review your order carefully before submission.
